Eric Delve (Founding Director)
As the Founding Director of People without Limits, Eric is responsible for the overall spiritual vision and is the leading guide for the organisation. Having been ordained in 1989, Eric's ministry takes him all over the world, giving the blessing of helping God to touch the lives of people globally. Eric is vicar of St. Luke's Church in Maidstone and regularly leads conferences across the UK on his 'Twelve Principles of Leadership' course as well as a flourishing men's ministry, 'Echoes in Eternity'. |

Eddie Donaldson (Chairman)
Having worked for KPMG in an executive capacity for over 30 years, Eddie chairs People without Limits' Board of Trustees and oversees business-oriented decisions. With a background in accountancy, finance and HR, Eddie regularly travels to Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He is also a Trustee of the Family Trust, a schools work initiative based in Maidstone and Chairman of Academic Ministry Opportunities UK. |

Mary Jane Donaldson
Helping to fundraise and as a member of the People without Limits management team, Mary Jane is a trained Myers-Briggs practitioner. When not travelling with Eddie, she can often be found enjoying the theatre, reading and walking. |

Pat Delve
Married to Eric for 46 years, she is a mother to six and grandmother to eight. Pat has been working in counselling and prayer ministry for nearly 25 years and spends much of her time supporting those who are finding life difficult. |

Richard Pain
Working in the construction industry for over 30 years, Richard runs his own property company. A committed member of the PWL board, Richard worships at St Luke's, Maidstone, where he is also one of the church wardens. |

Stuart Bailey (Director of Operations)
Directing the operational aspects of People without Limits' nationwide events, Stuart was Operations Director for the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich before coming to work for People without Limits. His overall responsibilities encompass contracts and conference infrastructure, security and health and safety. |

Sarah Ellis (Honorary Treasurer)
Sarah is a Chartered Accountant and is Head of Internal Audit for the largest private healthcare provider in the UK. Her wealth of knowledge allows here to oversee the financial management of People without Limits in her spare time. |

Helen Bailey (Conference Director & Company Secretary)
Helen is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and has a particular interest in people development and processes. Her main areas of responsibility for People without Limits are in the areas of children and youth, conference administration as well as being Company Secretary. |
